English School Track and Field Championships

Team Kennet had 5 athletes chosen to represent their own counties in the English Schools held at Sport City in Manchester.

James Fenner took part in his first English Schools in the Junior Boys Javelin to throw a new personnel Best of 43.96 to finish an excellent 5th place.

George Down took part in the Long Jump in the Intermediate Boys, jumping just below his best to finish 7th with 6.29.

Zoe Allen took part in the Shot coming 9th place which was her debut at the games with 9.70 throw  in the Junior Girls, and Harry Booker took part in his last School Games in the Senior Boys throwing 36.63 for 15th place in the Discus.
