Team Kennet U11s kept up their pressure with the leaders in the Wessex Young Athletes League in a close match at Oxford.

Anna Hall came 2nd overall in the girls age group picking up 214 points, her 600m 2.01.8 was her best event and Vortex throw 27.94 giving her big points, she also ran a fast 75m in 12.6 which was matched by Maja Cotton but just a bit quicker was Ella Cronk 12.5, Harriet Saunders also took part.

Aiden Fleming led the Boys team coming 4th overall he clocked a fast 11.5 in the 75m, jumped 3.56 in the long jump and ran 600m in 1.58.
Austin Ambrose clocked a fast 11.2 in the 75m and leapt 3.64 in the Long Jump, but had to pull out after Vortex due to Blisters. Noah Lauder Clarke also had a good couple of events in the 75m clocking 11.8 and also jumping 3.31 in the long jump , he was the best of the vortex throwers in the TK boys throwing 28.03, Ben Daley best event was his Vortex just under 28m and Oliver Striven made a debut for the club as well
