Team Kennet Seniors are flying high in the UK rankings after last weekend.

Ben East  took part in the BUCS Championships held at Sports City where he won the UK championships last year, he threw a new personal best and extended his own club record by winning the Javelin with a throw of 75.85m which currently ranks Ben UK Number one and is just 6m of the Olympic qualifying standard.

Stuart Bladon who is the clubs Decathlon Athlete and is based in the USA at the moment, broke his personal best and New Club Record with total number of points 7171 which ranks Stuart 3rd in the UK, the event was the Patriot League in Lewisbury PA. His 10 events also claimed a new club record in the Shot 12.96, his Javelin Throw of 52.94 ranks Stuart in 25th in the UK he is the clubs third athlete in the senior Mens top 25 UK rankings. other events 110mH 15.69/LJ 6.60/HJ 1.86/ Discus 38.53/ PV 4.50/ 100m 11/14/400m 50.53/1500m 4.38.19.
