Track and Field Championships Chelmsford

Ben East won the English U23 Track and Field Champs at Chelmsford on Sunday in a New Club Record of 74.03m in the Javelin, still 2m away from European  U23 championships qualifying which he was hoping to achieve. Ben’s First major title in the sport he has adopted to since he was 11.
